Build Foundation Walls with offset line command in COGO.

Create new work order for Septic. Create points on invert out of house and invert into tank. Invert out of tank and into box. Create Lines operator can dig to. Create Septic tank design.

Create Mound Work Order, Measure Mound Corner and edit elevation, Enable offset measurement, deflection of line to get opposite side of mound field. Create break line from measured points. Create offset lines to make contours. Save surface as design. 

House Lot #9

Create volume boundary, run surface to volume computation to get yardage of sand needed.
