COGO create offset lines for bottom of Box and stone over dig. Create offset lines to create 2 on 1 tie slope. Save surface as design. Change project to load new design.

COGO create offset line for box edge, Create points for wingwall using point bearing distance. Offset line for stone over dig and create wing wall and offset slope for dig out

Change project to road topo design, save surface as design and merge surface with measured surface, load new merged surface in the project for saw cut layout etc.
