Mark has a long and solid construction equipment background. First, 20 years doing repairs and maintenance of Trimble lasers, survey equipment and optical instrumentation. Then he sold Trimble technology for eight years, working for Keystone. When SITECH Northeast acquired Keystone he decided to stay – and is really glad he did. He particularly appreciates having an entire team behind him and stresses how good that is for customers, not just dealing with one person but also knowing that there’s an entire company working together. Mark is a good listener, and he says that creating trust is his number one goal; he knows that his customers must believe in him before they decide to believe in the technology he represents. And he’s ready for the challenge.
